2023

2024 was the biggest Pride Festival Waterford has seen with over 30 events.

2023

2023 was our biggest year yet. We sang, we danced, we cycled and importantly, we continued to have important conversations.

We at POTD have been coming together since 2019 to bring an inclusive Pride to Waterford.

We hope to see you at our 2024 events!

2022

2022 saw a full return to in person events. Full advantage was taken and Pride ran for 4 days to accommodate all the fantastic events! We came together to celebrate and march in recognition of Pride's origins as a protest.

Ahead of 2021's Pride, flags raised in support of our community were burned. How did the community and the county as a whole respond?

By the dozens and by the hundreds, Waterford came together to show the importance of Pride and to stand in solidarity against hate.

2020

2020 was a strange year for us all, but ever resilient, POTD pivoted and held Ireland's first online Pride! In a time where we were to be separate, this Pride gave us the chance to come together like never before.
